The Omega Psi Omega chapter would like to congratulate our very own Connection & Social Action Chairperson on achieving her doctorate degree from Seton Hall University. Dr. Latasha Casterlow-Lalla successfully completed the Executive Ed.D in Educational Leadership. Her research dissertation entitled Advisement Challenges and Opportunities in Pre-Service Teacher Education: Insights into the Experiences of Diverse Pre Service Teachers.
OPO is proud of this monumental accomplishment and celebrates Dr. Casterlow-Lalla as she joins the 4.4% of Black women in the US who have earned a doctoral degree. Congratulations Soror Latasha!
